What I can attest to is the honesty of the service rep (Eric) who sold me a $4.95 battery for a 1999 Mercury Marquis key fob and installed it at no cost. A week prior to this purchase, I spent 10 times as much at a national battery chain store for my Subaru key fob battery. He could have charged me much more and I would have never known. I feel that I had to applaud his honesty and acknowledge it. ”

“ A Dream Come True! After experiencing an accident leaving me without a vehicle, the staff at Dan Pfeiffer Used Cars came to my rescue. Cliff, from the service department, drove out to my home (about 40 minutes away) and arrived with a smile. He was personable, friendly and didn't seem inconvenienced to bring my husband and I back to the lot. Upon arriving, I worked with Caroline and Gary who were literal miracle workers. Caroline is sweet and sincere, while Gary kept coming back with new offers and lower rates (something I would have never imagined!). Gary is very good at what he does and is a "no-bs" guy, very straightforward and honest and will work very hard for your business. After agreeing to an offer and terms (which felt like I had a great deal- WITHOUT any haggling, mind you), Cliff washed my new (to me) Ford Escape a second time that day and was detailing and polishing the windows and engine compartment with his cloth. You can tell they care deeply about what they do and about the customers they serve. Coming from two "Buy Here, Pay Here" car lots where I had previously paid 4-5x the vehicle value, expecting the worst, I walked away surprised and delighted - Dan Pfeiffer will be my go-to car dealer in the future, they've earned my loyalty an highly recommend them to anyone else that wants a zero pressure sales experience from genuinely amazing people. ”
